New sustainable holiday homes

Our Unbrick One homes are made of Sustainable Cross Laminated Timber, this reusable timber is super strong and provides a wonderful indoor climate. Did you know that for every tree we used during construction, we planted back as many as 3 trees? We also want to stay sustainable, so we choose to repair rather than replace when something is broken. In addition, we evaluate our sustainability policy annually so that we continue to improve.

Want to do your own bit for a better environment? Separate your waste during your holidays and turn off the whole house when you go out. Also, for example, choose a restaurant that cooks with local seasonal ingredients.

≡ Do all homes have wellness facilities?

Yes, all our properties are equipped with wellness. Choose, for example, to unwind in your own jacuzzi or sauna. You can also opt for a sustainable stay with your own private pool which is 29 degrees all year round.

≡ Is my dog welcome at Roodewoud?

Yes, we welcome you and up to 2 dogs with open arms at Roodewoud. There are several dog walking areas in the Rolde area, such as at Boswachterij Grolloo. Please let us know when booking that you will be coming with your pet.
